Community Impact Fund

United Way Montcalm-Ionia Counties raises money to fund important charitable programs within our community. While total fundraising has been down because of the difficult economy - United Way Montcalm-Ionia Counties still contributed a lot of money to support worthy programs in our area through the Community Investment grant process and other community projects. The grant process is competitive and many qualified organizations are funded, but some very worthy programs do not get grant funding because the amount of requests far exceeded the available funds.

Many people participate in the United Way program because we are all passionate about helping people and meeting the many charitable needs in Montcalm and Ionia Counties. If you are interested in participating in our funding process, please call Terri Legg at 616-794-9840 ext.7248 or email grants@liveunitedm-i.org.
